Halloumi in Blankets
Ingredients
- 250g Halloumi
- 10 rashers of streaky bacon
Method
Heat the oven to 200C / fan 180 / Gas 6.
Cut the Halloumi length ways down the middle, then again width ways till you get 10 chunky size halloumi pieces.
Wrap the halloumi in the bacon and arrange on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-18mins or until the bacon starts to crisp and turn brown at the edges.
Serve whilst hot.
