Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 225g Halloumi
  • 3 tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

Method

Heat oil the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan.

In a separate small pan, warm the honey and sesame seeds.

Cut the halloumi into around 4-5 slices and fry on a medium heat for a couple of minuets on each side until golden brown in colour.  Remove from the pan and place in a platter, then drizzle over the warmed honey and sesame seeds and serve immediately.
